👨🌾 The Story Behind the Coffee
Huila is one of Colombia’s most respected coffee growing regions, known for producing consistently high quality coffees with excellent balance. The combination of altitude, climate and fertile soils allows cherries to mature slowly, developing sweetness and complexity.
This Excelso EP lot is fully washed, resulting in a clean and dependable cup that works beautifully across brewing methods. Colombia’s unique geography allows harvesting at different times of year, meaning this coffee can be produced fresh and consistently while continuing to support farming communities across the region.

🤝 Ethical Sourcing Practices
We believe great coffee should be good for everyone involved, from the people growing it to the people drinking it. We pay responsibly for our green coffee, working with importers and producers who prioritise fair pricing, long term relationships and ethical sourcing.
☕️ Choose your grind
We’ve simplified our grind options to make things easier:
🐾 Whole bean — best if you grind fresh at home.
🐾 Cafetiere grind — for French press/cafetiere brewing.
🐾 Filter grind — for V60, Chemex, drip machines and most pour-over brewers.
🐾 Fine grind — for moka pot and espresso-style brewing.
For traditional espresso machines, we recommend whole beans where possible so you can dial in your grind.
