Day 9. Vietnam Son La

Vietnam is the world’s second-largest coffee producer and home to a rich, distinctive coffee culture. While much of its reputation comes from bold, dark Robusta beans, the country’s cooler highland regions also produce exceptional Arabica. Coffee is deeply woven into daily life, from the iconic cà phê sữa đá (iced coffee with condensed milk) to innovative new approaches in specialty production. With diverse terroirs and a growing focus on quality and sustainability, Vietnamese coffee offers a unique and exciting experience for drinkers everywhere.

Our Vietnam G1 Arabica is a shining example of this diversity. Sourced from select estates, these Typica varietal beans, graded Scr16, are conventionally certified and carefully polished during processing to ensure consistency and quality.

In the cup, this coffee delivers a medium body and dry mouthfeel, with warm spice notes of clove and nutmeg. Its character leans toward bold and robust, with low brightness, gentle acidity, and a smoky aroma that lingers. The finish is short yet satisfying, leaving behind a depth of flavour that makes it truly distinctive.

Every cup tells a story. Our coffees are sourced from passionate farmers around the world, roasted with care in Buckinghamshire, and delivered fresh to your home. Treat yourself to something special, or share the gift of great coffee
